BLINK is the largest immersive arts and light-based art festivals in the nation and the largest event in the history of the Greater Cincinnati region. In 2024, an estimated 2 million visitors came to check out the glowing art installations.
In 2024 and 2022 The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber hired No Standing as an Event Producer. Working directly with BLINK’s core production team No Standing led the full production of over 35 light based art installations and illuminated art sculptures. Working closely with each artist, structural engineers, community partners and the City of Cincinnati No Standing executed everything needed for the successful installation of each activation Artists included Big Art, Mz.Icar and This Is Loop.
In 2019 No Standing created and managed five merchandise stations for BLINK in each zone throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We oversaw volunteer staff and product inventory, and coordinated and distributed 150 Community Celebration Kits. In October of 2022 and 2019, No Standing consecutively produced Second Sunday on Main, reformatting the event to coincide with BLINK, and booked evening programming including glow-in-the-dark vendors, fire performers and live glass blowing.
